How to restore the backed-up folder(s)?

 What is Folder Restore:

Folder Restore can help you recover data which is backed up by Folder Backup. You can recover any previous data you have backed up.

 When do you restore backed-up folder?

Provided that you have backed up some data in case of data loss when you have to reinstall your system. After the reinstalling, you have to restore your data to your new system. In this way, you can use Folder Restore to restore your data from the backed up folder.

 Procedure of restoring the backed-up folder(s):

1. Click the Data Backup> Folder Restore button on the interface of Spotmau PowerSuite 2009, then a dialog will pop up as followed:

2.  Click the button  to select a backup file.

3.  After selecting the backed up file, a dialog will pop up as followed:

4.  In the dialog above, input the destination path that you want your backed up file to be restored, as followed:

(Tips: you can restore your file to any locations you like: other locations or original location. However, there is some difference.

1.  Original position: the file and catalogue structures will completely over lay the original one, which will overwrite the previous file.

2.  Another position: lay in other location, which is recommended by us.)

 5.  Finally, click “Restore” at the end of the page.

Soon restoring is completed.
