How to Clear My Lost Admin/User Password?
What is Password Genius?
“Password Genius” tool is changing and cleaning up the login password of Windows system. It can used when users forgot login password and can ‘ t access Windows system. It works with: Windows XP (all versions), Windows 2000 (all versions), Windows 2003 (all versions) and Windows Vista (32bit). If you have lost Windows login password, all you need to do is to boot from Spotmau CD. With only a few clicks, you can easily blank Windows Vista/2003/XP/2000/NT admin/user password.
When should you use Password Genius?
Forgot the admin password? Don’t worry, one of Spotmau’s POWER SUITE 2009 highly recommended functions — Password Genius — can relieve you from such troubles.
Procedure of clearing the lost admin/user password:
- To begin, you will can have the interface looked just like the following picture. Choose the first item “Spotmau Standard Mode (Recommended)”.
2. When PowerSuite 2009 is booting your system, please be patient and wait for several minutes.
3. When the booting is finished, you will see an interface as followed:
4. Follow these steps: Self Service —> PowerSuite 2009 Bootcare –>Password Genius –> Admin/User Password:
5. To clear the forgotten password, firstly please select the system:
6. Secondly, please select the user whose password you need to get rid of.

8. An “ATTENTION” dialog will pop up to confirm whether you have choose the very user in the very system whose password you want to clear.
9. If no, close the dialog and reselect the user; if so, click 
to go on.
10. Another dialog will show up to make sure that you want to continue the process.
