How to make a bootable CD?

A:
If you have downloaded the .EXE file, you need to double click the .exe file, then you will get an .ISO file,
Please do NOT try to click/open/unzip/extract/install the ".ISO" file. You just need to use your CD/DVD Writer to burn a CD from this ISO file.Then the CD/DVD will be a bootable CD/DVD.

How to install our software on your PC?

A:
You just put the Spotmau Powersuite CD into your CD drive and wait for it to run automatically or directly double click the autorun.exe. you will be asked to type the register information. User Name is your name; Organization is not a obligatory option, you can leave it blank; The serial number is the same as your license code. Which are only letters, numbers and middle lines are allowed in the license code, any space is not included. So please do not add any space key in either the front or the end, Otherwise, they will be invalid.

How to boot your PC from our CD?

A:
1. Setup the cd-rom as the first boot device. HOW? Restart the computer and hit a specific key which you can refer to the right top corner or the bottom of screen (usually the "Delete", "F1", "F2", key) as soon as the computer first comes up. When you access the BIOS, you need to find the item of "advance BIOS features" or "boot device priority” and set the CD/DVD-ROM as the first boot device.
2. Put in the cd, restart computer.
3. When you see Spotmau Powersuite 2010, Choose it.
4. Then you will see the system is loading, "Booting System......" you can use our soft to do what you want to do after load system. Please follow the screen instruction carefully,

How many PCs can install our software?

Q:
Why the CD can't boot my PC?
|
A:
Usually, there are three reasons that will caused you can’t boot from our CD.
1 Your CD/DVD-ROM was not the first boot device, and you need to go to your BIOS and set your CD/DVD-ROM as the first boot device.
2 The CD was some wrong, If the CD is our physical CD, you can try our disk on another good computer with a good CD/DVD-ROM to check whether our disk is good (Mostly, our physical CD is good except it was damaged in the mail). If the CD is burnt by yourself, maybe you had burnt a bad CD. Please read the instructions (How To Burn CD.html) carefully and try to burn another CD.
3 Your CD/DVD-ROM may have some problems, please make sure your CD/DVD-ROM is working in good condition. You can use a good CD/DVD to test it whether your CD/DVD is well.

Why the NEXT button is gray when installing software?
